My Origami Owl Living Locket

As you probably know by now, I looooove jewellery. Actually, wave anything sparkly and shiny in my face and I will be on to it like a fat kid to cake.

So it was no surprise when I came across Origami Owl Living Lockets that I REALLY REALLY WANTED ONE!
These gorgeous lockets are like a vamped up Pandora style design in that you start with a plain glass locket and then choose charms to put inside that tell your story. It makes it really personal and a great sentimental gift!

I was lucky to receive a locket from my big sister Clare for Christmas! We made it together. I chose the medium silver locket with crystals. The charms I put inside include: a letter “N”, a butterfly symbolic of EB, a medical symbol, November Birthstone and pink gemstone because I love pink!

The locket and charms come packaged in a super cute box reminiscent of a Chinese takeaway box. Inside the box is a little fortune cookie case that holds your charms.

Unfortunately at this time, Origami Owl is a relatively new business and does not ship to Australia. I was very lucky and managed to purchase one from an Independant Origami Owl Designer. I have no doubt that soon this will be the next big thing and the brand will expand internationally!
